Yall are fun. I need to hang around here earlier. So here is where I am. This is my 4th week of Phase 1 ( have a very high BMI and read the book that says I can stay on it for a bit longer) and have almost lost 20 pounds.
Random. Husband and I adopted a baby girl from China 13 months ago and we have not had a date. So this Saturday has opened up and we may get to go out if we get a babysitter. YIPPEE!
I so want to go to the movies, eat popcorn and then head to red Lobster and have some crab alfredo. This is what I REALLY want to do. Now, I can easily substitute almonds instead of the popcorn but man, I cant get RL out of my head...UGH!! Any suggestions?
I promise to catch up on the rest of the chat by the way!
