I am starting SB tomorrow and am looking forward to learning from all the wisdom here. I lost 60 pounds on WW, most of it with Flex, but about 15 of it was on the Core plan. I'm tired of counting points and just feel like Core is too restrictive for what I need right now.
I just was diagnosed with reactive hypoglycemia and feel that SB is a good way of eating for me to deal with it. I am looking forward to learning this way of eating and making it a lifetime habit.
I have the 2003 book but see in one of the sticky posts that the food list has been updated a bit to include some dairy during phase 1. Any other changes that I should be aware of? I just ordered the SB dining out book which I feel will be a huge help for me. I travel a lot for my job so lunches are quite often eaten on the road. It will be helpful to know what some safe choices are.
