Smile Scale not Moving........

So tomorrow is the end of week 1 on P1 and starting P2. I have lost almost 6 lbs...not complaining :-) Plus my cycle starts tomorrow so I do not expect to have a lost in week 2 of P1.

I am just happy I have made it through week 1. I must continue to push forward.

Have a successfull week everyone!

6 lbs is wonderful! I'm on my last day of Phase 1 and it has been much harder than I thought it would be. Worth it though! You'll be there soon, keep on going!
