Default Phase 1 and Vitamin C

I'm a smidge ill and I need some vitamin C. I'd rather get it naturally than in capsule form, but the only things I can think of that have vitamin C in it aren't Phase 1 friendly.

Are lemons okay? I believe they're a fruit, so they're probably not. And they contain 6g of sugar. This is the only thing I can think of aside from 'real' fruits Anyone else have any ideas?

Broccoli and brusselsprouts have more Vitamin C than most fruits do. There's a great chart here on Wikipedia...

Good luck!

I believe zinc is super for boosting your immune system, even better than Vitamin C. Zinc is usually associated with high-protein foods such as beef, lamb, pork, crabmeat, turkey, chicken, lobster, clams, and salmon. Good vegetarian sources of zinc are milk and cheese, peanuts, beans, yogurt, and pumpkin seeds. All of those foods are Phase 1 friendly.
