I have been bouncing between 256 and 254 for this entire month. Frustrating? Yes. Did I give up? No. This morning I weighed in at 251.8!
I have not updated my ticker yet because tomorrow is my "official" weigh in. I am a little worried that I might be back up a little, which tends to happen to me when I get a big whoosh like that. Even if it does, I am so excited to finally be out of the mid-250's and I am so close to kissing the 250's goodbye I can TASTE IT!
Monday I am starting a Biggest Loser style competition at work. More motivation to keep me on track. Things are good!
