I just finished Phase 1 yesterday... since it sounds like you've done it before, you may already know this, but be sure to get in your 2 cups of dairy (1%, skim milk or plain non-fat yogurt) and a couple of 1/3 to 1/2 cup servings of beans every day... especially during the first week... They'll keep the lethargic, headachy feeling that a lot of people experience from coming on. I was quite faithful about that this time around and felt so much better than I did the first time I did it.
