After only a week???
 

So I have officially been on South Beach for a week and a couple days, and already have seen a tremendous difference--both on and off the scale.

Tonight my boyfriend was taking me out to dinner and I realized the only pair of jeans that I wear (the rest have been too small for several months) were in the wash. So I grabbed an old pair planning to wear them with a sweatshirt and leave them unbuttoned.

But... they fit!!! Not like a "I have a really big muffin top and need to wear a loose top" but actually fit. I wore a sexy fitted top with them and have never felt better about myself!!!

I thought I would share. SB has given me so much more freedom (and better results) than any of those crazy fads that I used to follow.

You go girl! SBD is where it's at!

Yes, it is possible. I think we all walk around with a lot of bloat due to all the crap we eat!
