Chelby, I'm sorry you got such a bad report from the doctor, no one likes to hear those things. I'm glad you're using it as a wake-up call, though, to get yourself back on track. It's hard to find time to look after ourselves when we work all day long, and have to take care of a family, too. But we have to remember to stay fit and healthy for them, too. You can do it, and this time next year you'll blow your doctor's socks off!
