Encourage and Be Encouraged - is the best thing I've heard all week! I'm encouraged already!

My goal between now and 4/4 is to move 5 days a week and visit here every day to keep motivated. Thanks to everyone who's energy and time keeps 3FC going!

Okay, I'm ready Thanks Heidi for choosing to continue focusing on the same goal. I was feeling a wee bit sheepish about it but feel much better now.

I'm with Emma - gotta get ahold of that grazing! It's my downfall and it's definitely how I gained the 10 lbs back

So, now eating off the meal pattern of, at most, 3 and 3. For me most days that 3 and 2 because dessert almost never happens around here but I'll leave myself that wiggle room. Oh, and a glass of wine could be dessert

Second goal - 15 minutes of planned exercise every day. I get one day off if I need it.

I have two big goals for this challenge, the biggies I have so much trouble with and probably helped me get into this shape...

Goal....at least 10 minutes a day on treadmill (had to adjust my time here, looking for a pattern)

Goal....drink my water, at least 80 oz a day

1 pt 1/31....48 min on treadmill, 60oz of water

HI..I am new here and this is great! I started SB yesterday (I did do SB last year and lost weight..had life take over and I lost my focus ). I am psyched to do SB again for good.

Goal for springtime challenge: Stick to SB..phase 1 all the way and no cheating ( last time I had wine throughout! Oh, by the way...wine, and not drinking it is a huge hurdle for me to get over )

Continue walking 5-6 days a week

No wine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am hoping Phase 1 will cut the cravings for wine and bread...

Well, I'm a day late, as hubby and I just started SB today, but I'm jumping in!
My goal is to not binge. That is such a hard, hard thing for me, and I'm really hoping that SB will help cut my cravings!

1/31 No points, started on 2/1
2/1 Late night binge 1pt

I'm very very late to this thread, but I'll post anyway. My goal is no alcohol (wine included) until April 26 (my birthday ).
