3 Fat Chicks book!
I just saw that the 3 fat chicks have a book. I know it has been around for a while; has anyone read it?

I have it and it outlines different eating plans that we have on this board. I must tell you that Suzanne, Jennifer and Amy are not delighted with how it turned out as they were not allowed to write it the way they wanted. It IS a fun read though.

I was wondering if there were any updates on them and their progress...I remember when this site first started they kept diaries. Are they still dieting? Probably none of my business, but I'm curious.

I am too! Regardless though, they have been a blessing in so many of our lives. Helping others to this extent is success unto it's own.

Yes, they are still watching what they eat and have had their ups and downs just like the rest of us. They live in Real Life too.

I saw it at the library a couple weeks ago and thumbed through it. I read the chapter on SB but didn't find anything too interesting. Too bad they weren't able to write it the way they wanted to.
