Hi jyoyo, I just joined a week ago. I've found that being on here is so helpful, especially reading the menu items and the on plan thread that tells what everyone is eating every day, it gives a lot of good ideas.

Hi Lysa, too funny, the reason i joined again is because I have a cruise coming up at the beginning of April.

Any ideas from anyone about how to eat on plan on a cruise?

Well, I have decided that I will gorge myself (kidding) on fresh fruits, salads ,lean meats, yogurt and fruit, things I can eat on phase 2...I never got fat eating fruit, its the sweets and heavy carbs that do me in, mostly sugar...Luckily, I remember (although I didn't choose them) there are a pretty good selection of sugar-free desserts on board...and you can request them if you don't see them. So I have made up my mind, that I will eat and enjoy all the healthy OP selections I can find, request what I don't see...and eat 1 small SF treat at dinner w/ coffee for dessert IF I want it...It's not perfect, but it's a realistic plan, vs the last cruise I took, where I ate my way through 7 days of everything and anything. I LOVE cruises and I aint' givin them up cause of food!!

Welcome! I also am just starting back up, and am looking forward to the support that this board seems to offer. It's nice to have people with all the same cravings/thoughts/issues/apprehensions as you!
