Default I need my Pasta!!!

I'm down 6 pounds after P1. I'm starting P2 on Monday!!! I need my Pasta! I've been trying to figure out what is legal. I was looking at Barilla Whole Grain pasta. That thing had 41grams of carbs!!!!

I need to find out the difference b\w whole wheat and whole grain. What brands are legal? Should I be looking for whole grain or whole wheat?

Look for whole wheat. Whole grain has other grains in it like rice. Some of the newer "white" pasta's have enough fiber but still contain white flour.
Change isnít easy. But if you donít change, you stay the same, and whereís the fun in that?

and remember to watch serving sizes. 2 oz probably isn't as much pasta as you were used to eating!

I won't go near pasta - I love it too much and am afraid it will lead to excessive consumption or cravings or...

You might try spaghetti squash instead. It is nothing like the real thing but fits the bill for lots of chicks.

I swear by the brown rice pasta (ingredients: brown rice, water). I also think the Shirataki noodles are doable (if not a bit chewy).
