Can I just say, I love Blaine. Some of his dishes are quite high in fat but others are really workable. I've gotten some great ideas from him, like ricing cauliflower and using it in place of breadcrumbs in things like stuffed cabbage.

LOL, funny you said that(high in fat part) Everytime I have seen the show- which has only been a handful of times, he uses so much butter and oil I just think holy crap- how many people are watching and think this is healthy?! lol... BUT, you are so right, there are many great ideas and ways to adapt his recipes!
