I'll admit I gained A LOT of weight, went through a bad divorce and ate and didn't care for about six months. To get in the swing of dieting I tried Nutrisystem and hated it. I did the South Beach diet five years ago after I had my little boy and had this much weight to gain, it worked.
So I did a week of phase one, was on a trip so I cheated only a few minor times, still I'm going to do two CLEAN phase one weeks to prove to myself I can. I can tell my jeans are already fitting better in just a week. I ordered the South Beach summer cookbook as I love to grill especially steak and burgers.
It's amazing how in just a week I don't crave starches anymore, or junk food. I'm not sure how the mechanics of this diet works but I was just eating junk and now viola no junk cravings at all.
