Default Repeat phase 1

I was doing so wonderful the first week, a few naughty 'bites' beginning of second week and when I started phase 2....the damn busted loose! So I understand to get rid of those cravings I should re-start phase 1 with more vigor than ever before. I can not believe I have gained back almost 5 pounds! I have learned a few lessons along the way so I will be more prepared this time around.

Yep, don't give up, just pick yourself up and get back on the beach. I would guess you either didn't have a clean Ph1 and get rid of cravings, or maybe you added too much too fast in Ph2 transition. See if you can figure out what happened and remember it's a learning process.

Im having a fresh start tomo too, looking forward to it!! After a week of no cheating it really does get easy, food isnt always on your mind. Being bad this weekend has really set me back!! Im going to weigh myself friday after a good solid 4 days of major strict phase 1!!!

I am restarting tomorrow as well. It has been a few months since I have been off, and I am ready for a new start. I am getting married June 26, and I am determined to walk down the isle under 200...28 lbs to go. I know we all can do it :-)

You got it Susan, just jump right back into it. I've done SO well since starting on Jan. 1. Friday I had a little slip...had some facoccia (sp?) bread with my tapenade...it was SO worth it. Then last night, DH had Chinese food sitting on the table (yes, he is EVIL). I had an egg roll and some sort of chicken broccoli dish, I'm assuming the sauce it was in wasn't SB friendly, but I'm not positive...that's why I'm just going to assume.

Anyhow, today I was back on plan. I won't go back to phase 1 unless I really feel the need to, i.e. I'm having cravings again, etc. So far, so good, we'll see what the next few days bring. Hopefully they bring a smaller waist line!

So, get back to it Susan!! You can do it!!

PS...why does your signature say "blue team biggest loser", you have me intrigued...

Go Phase 1!!

My husband and I are just starting into Phase 2 (tomorrow morning) after 3 weeks on Phase 1. We had some days that didn't work as well, but (as others have suggested), we just started back on it.
