You got it Susan, just jump right back into it. I've done SO well since starting on Jan. 1. Friday I had a little slip...had some facoccia (sp?) bread with my tapenade...it was SO worth it. Then last night, DH had Chinese food sitting on the table (yes, he is EVIL). I had an egg roll and some sort of chicken broccoli dish, I'm assuming the sauce it was in wasn't SB friendly, but I'm not positive...that's why I'm just going to assume.
Anyhow, today I was back on plan. I won't go back to phase 1 unless I really feel the need to, i.e. I'm having cravings again, etc. So far, so good, we'll see what the next few days bring. Hopefully they bring a smaller waist line!
So, get back to it Susan!! You can do it!!
