I went to the health food store and bought an array of nuts. I have only been eating almonds. So now I have unsalted nuts galore. I also got the garbonzo beans and cocoa powder. I will cut up some of my veggies. I always do that but I just don't make little baggies. I am starting today. Here is my plan =)

B-2 boiled eggs & celery with pb
S-sun flower seeds or crunchy chick peas
L-Tortilla-less bean burrito with tomato, avocado and lettuce
D-egg salad-salad with turkey bacon
S-yogurt

I think you might need to add more veggies. Some bulky type veggies. I know that if I rely on salad for my veggies I don't stay full. Ihave to add things like zucchini, squash, green beans or such. I am not one of the experts though so I could be wrong.

Thank you. I will have to try that. I wasn't really all that hungry the first 5 days before but I was bored and distracted so maybe adding more of that in would really help me!

other than broccoli and asparagus I have not expanded much with other veggies.
