Default First Weigh-In
I've finished week one of Phase 1, got on the scale......4 pounds down! I was kinda hoping it would be more, but I'm very satisfied. My husband lost 5, and I wanted to beat him. It's not just the numbers on the scale, but I feel leaner and more energetic than I have in a long time!

Plumbing is still an issue, though.

I did take my measurements when I started, but I want to check those monthly, just so I don't get disappointed and eat nachos or something.

So onward we go!
