I was looking at a delish sounding recipe for Thai chick pea soup in the recipe section. It says ok for Phase 1, but it contains light Coconut Milk - can we have coconut milk on Phase 1? Dying to know, because it sounds amazing and I want to make it tomorrow!
Sorry but coconut milk is not allowed because of the high sat fat content even in the light. Better wait until Phase II and then use sparingly.
(I used to check every single recipe before it got posted but the workload was just too much!)
Change isnít easy. But if you donít change, you stay the same, and whereís the fun in that?
I hope we can have the lite coconut milk! I made the Thai Chickpea soup tonight -- I'm on day 10 of phase 1. It was AMAZING! Even my 16 year old daughter said it was good. She got to have brown rice and biscuits with hers though.
Oh well, I'm just telling my body that it was okay for phase one.
