Thank you Cyndi. I apologize for not searching the forum before posting. So basically, I should probably refrain from eating the Joseph's brand since it has a possibly large amount of Corn Starch, right? I do have the flatout bread as well, so at least I don't have to go out for more bread.

It was a tricky search and I only remembered it because I had been eating those :o
I've stopped buying them myself. It is hard to find wraps without the corn starch but I've found a couple of varieties. |
What other varieties do you eat.

LaTortilla Factory does have corn starch but it's in the less than 2% category. I think Trader Joe's Whole Grain was also good ingredients. I usually only buy them to make individual pizzas so haven't spent a lot of time looking. I know other Chicks will have suggestions too. I hear the Ezekiel brand is good, usually available from natural food stores.

Joseph's does make a 100% whole wheat pita that seems pretty SBD-friendly (it's also soft and very tasty!):
WATER, WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, OAT FIBER, DEFATTED SOY FLOUR, CANOLA OIL, YEAST, SALT, NON-ALUMINUM BAKING POWDER, CALCIUM PROPIONATE, CITRIC ACID, XANTHAN GUM. |
