any changes to SB?
 

I am thinking of trying SB again...has anything changed on the plan in the past three years? That is how long it's been since I tried it before.

Yes. It's worth getting the book although the revised food lists are here in the FAQ section. The book covers the reasons for this plan in much depth and also has good information and plans for exercising. When you are ready to start, join us on the Phase I Thread for questions, ideas and support.
