Default Questions for a newbie

My apologies up front as I suspect these two questions have been asked and answered many times. My searching skills leave alot to be desired.

Which book should a new person start out reading? The original SBD book or the newer Supercharged book?

Also do you recommend signing up for the SBD website? It didn't look prohibitly expensive but I don't want to waste the money either if it really won't benefit me.

Thanks in advance for your patients and guidance.

to The Beach.

You definitely need the book to understand this plan correctly. The new book "Supercharged" is the one to buy although we also have the revised lists in our FAQ section.

Most of the information for this plan is here so there's no need to sign up to the official SBD site. Save the $$ for veggies!

Hey, Deb! The search engine takes some getting used to--you have to get creative as it doesn't search for smaller/more common words (this ensures that the search is fast). Let me know if you ever want help with it!

Glad to have you with us!
