Please post your November goals and I'll gather them into a sticky when I have enough. Let's be reasonable, OK? It's better to surpass the goal than to fall short.

Once again I will try for a loss - four pounds for the month.

Please post as number of pounds rather than to reach a specific weight. This means I can just quickly add everything up and get a total goal for the month. If you post in kilos, I can convert!

Well, I started November 8th, so I'll be cautious - 5 lbs.

1st mini-goal - 5% - 11 lbs reached 12/21/11
2nd mini-goal - under 200 lbs
3rd mini goal -15% - 32 lbs
