Whole wheat flour

I bought Pillsbury Best whole wheat flour, is this SB legit? I'm going to make some bread.

Also I found whole wheat bread recipes online. Question, is yeast legit??? Also, some of the recipes call for sugar or honey. Can't I just use Splenda?

I can't wait to make some bread. :D

The reason why I'm not sure about the Pillsbury flour is because the ingredients and packaging list simply "whole wheat flour" but they don't state if it's 100% whole wheat! So I'm confused.

If that's all it lists, it's OK. You will need to use sugar or honey to make the yeast work - Splenda won't work. It'll be a very small amound - about a teaspoon in most recipes.
