Default Hello from a newbie
Hi Everyone !

I started lurking a few months ago and lost 8 lbs in phase I. I didn't transition too well to phase II, dinked arounde with SB - thankfully didn't gain and then went on vacation. I'm back now and ready to start again. Just got back from the grocery store - thanks to all for posting the stickies - they really help !

Tomorrow is the first day (of the rest of our lives) ... looking forward to joining the group !

HRCarol! I'm glad you quit lurking and decided to join us.

Hello, it's nice to meet you.

I'm doing phase 1 right now, too. Be sure to join us in the Phase 1 October thread for starters and restarters.
Hearing how everyone else is doing is helping me stay on track.
