Hi Ladies sorry for the late check in
today was El dia de medical fun
I've been stuck 21 times 19 for bloodwork 2 for vaccine
I had fasting bloodwork and glucose test by the 4th hour of the glucose test I was so sick I inhaled a serving bag of cashews after the final sticks and then had lunch
Then Lunch then the allergist and flu and pneumonia shots and scheduled chicken pox and will be getting swine flu shot when they get them
so my eating has been helter skelter at best today

July 4th Goal
Sorry about all the tests today! You must be worn out.
Ball class was hard! Lots of new muscles and balancing act. The teacher also teaches my water aerobics and most in class also attend WA so everyone was encouraging. I think I'll go next week. I'll bet I'm sore tomorrow.
