I'm recovering from a foot injury so I'm not sure how this is going to work, but I'm hoping to treadmill 10 - 15 mins/day 4 days a week this month and hopefully I'll be feeling good enough for my regular walks by the end of the month.
GOAL: 975 minutes
REALITY: 443 minutes
I fell way short of my goal, but there's always next month.
