Cadbury Lite Chocolate Allowed P1?
Hi all,
I did SB years ago, and have restarted without reading the book again, so there's a few things I seem to have forgotten--- Would this sort of Low Carb chocolate be allowed? I know its all in grams-- :( Anyonw know if this is okay for a small serving (5 per pack) a day? Is this bittersweet or semisweet chocolate? An occasional (not daily) serving of dark chocolate (preferably 70% cocoa content) is allowed on Phase II. I think that usually means about 1 ounce.

No its not either, but its "sugar" free-- does that make any difference?
Thank you!;) |
I think this would fall under the 100 calorie sweet treat. Watch for any gastric problems with the isomalt though.

I agree with Cyndi that this would fall under your daily treat limit, but you may experience some discomfort since it contains isomalt. Try it and see how you react. I've discovered that the SF chocolates set off cravings for me, besides giving me awful gas pains.

Thanks ladies!

If that's 284 calories per serving, that's way more than the 100 calorie sweet treat allowance. |
