I have been off about a year and I no longer have access to my old email.

Let me reintroduce myself. I am determined to lose weight for the last time. I am tired of looking at the rolls. Today is the day I turn it around. I'll be around for support and hope to provide support for others.

I really hope you to see you regularly. I post on the daily thread every day. I love meeting new SB'ers and find the friendship and support is integral to my continued success.

BTW, I'm going through a bit of stress and I have been really amazed to notice that I am not "food obsessed" like I used to be.
