Default Hi! New to SBD... ready to start!
Hi everybody!

I just wanted to post a quick intro and say hello. I'm starting the SBD after gaining a lot of weight with my twins. I weighed 290 lbs when they were born. I'm at 200lbs now and want to lose another 50 lbs. The 90 lbs was partially fluid (I had pre-eclampsia and HELLP) and partially me eating too much while pregnant and on bedrest. I'm so excited to start! I can't wait to get healthy!
