Good Morning. My first week on SB (ever). So...just want you to check to see how my days are...
B Egg Whites with veggies (1 cup about) sauteed in Olive oil with 1/2c refried beans and 1 TB reduced fat shredded cheese
S 1/2 c lowfat plain yogurt with splenda and a dash of vanilla
L LG salad (maybe 4 cups romaine and iceburg, peppers and cucs) with 1 T low fat Feta and Fannies Italian (no sugar added) low fat, low sodium deli turkey
S handful of nuts and string cheese
D chicken breast 1 c cannelini bean casserole (thanks for the recipe, by the way) and 2 c cabbage and onions
Okay....that was yesterday....any advice/critique is openly invited.
