My advice is to check out the Emergency Handbook for Phase 2 (under South Beach Frequently Asked Questions stickie.) It helps a LOT!
Definitely take it SLOW. And don't get discouraged. Everyone's bodies are different and will react differently, and it's not unusual to have your weight stall or even gain a little bit on Ph2 at first, until you figure out how your body is going to react.
