Taco Bell is pretty much a no-go for SBD. It's really pretty unhealthy and has lots of processed food, which makes it a poor choice for SBD.
The cheese in the Pintos and cheese is full fat (3g sat.), which isn't an SBD-safe choice. The beans have trans-fats (hydrogenated oil):
Pinto Beans, Partially Hydrogenated Corn Oil (Freshness Preserved With TBHQ), Salt, Calcium Chloride.
If you have no other choice, you may want to check out the nutritional calculator
at their website to see what's least harmful.
Personally, I'd avoid it altogether and either make Mexican at home or consider a more healthy alternative like (depending on your location) Baja Fresh, Salsarita's, or Rubio's.
