Good Afternoon all,

So I was doing so so so well, until we had guests this weekend and weekend full of activities, and it just went to pieces...2 days of really aweful eating, though I was really proud of myself being able jump right back on today. I am going to stick to phase 1 for a little bit though (today was supposed to be my first day of phase 2), has anyone ever done this before? I am hoping jumping right back into it will be ok, i am worried about this weekend though because we will be out of town on saturday and sunday.

So, a little back ground on me. I have done every diet on the planet I think. I have lost most of my weight this time from strictly exercise. But, I am going after this last 20 pounds full force the day after my bday.

I have a question, has anyone on SB noticed any change in their mood after shedding the refined sugar and carbs? I am doing some research as I have noticed a lot of changes in my moods and I think it could be food related. I would appreciate your input on this.

Ladyrider
My mood is definitely on a more even keel. Not so many ups and downs. I don't have a way to check but I believe it has a direct correlation to my blood sugar stabilizing. My BP has dropped substantially! So much in 8 weeks that I am no longer taking my BP medication. Even though I felt quite good thru P1 I was just noticing today that I am feeling even better all the time.

Good morning everyone!

I will be re-starting Phase 1 again. My scale and I are at odds with each other after 'IT' showed me numbers that were increasing rather than decreasing.

I know that going back to the beginning will be a plus for me. As well as increasing my exercise. I also need to swap the vino for more water. I also need to go the supermarket and/or Costco to re-stock on the basics.

Keep up the great work! I look forward to re-joining soon!

Sunshine - Join us in the exercise thread. It really helps keep me accountable. It also keeps me away from the wine on those days my exercise happens in the evenings. No wine until after exercise

I will. I like the idea of the "No Wine Until After Exercise" rule! That's something to look forward to once I get back to Phase 2.
