I am just about to start week 2 of phase two. I re-incorporated strawberries during week one of phase 2. I'm just curious. Do I keep strawberries in week 2 and add something else as a second serving or do I discard the strawberries and just start one new thing for next week? I didn't see anything in the FAQ's telling me what I should do. Thanks for any advice you can give me!
Also, the next two things I'd like to incorporate in the coming weeks are cherries and tortillas. Should I alternate fruits and starches or is that not necessary?
