Hi everyone. I'm on Day 9 of Phase 1. I've been going by the food list in the South Beach Diet book, but everything here says milk is ok to consume. But in the book it says it's not. Can someone please enlighten me?
There's lots of good info and support in this Forum.
The book was revised and several foods were added. Please use the latest list which is found in out Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) long with other info on the plan.
I would go by the book. I am starting my 4th week starting tomorrow. I do not drink milk but I have had a yummy shake that included low fat cottage cheese.
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
2 tblspoons of unsween coco baking powder
splenda
ice and little water
