I use The Daily Plate to log my food. I have noticed that my % of protein/fat/carbs has been pretty high in fat and carbs! I'm day 5 of Phase I.
Today I'm about 30-37% each. Is this OK? For those of you that track, is this what you are seeing? And does anyone else use this site? I'd love to have a diet-buddy to be able to share "my plate" with for accountability.
