ellenwol! I'm sure it's very discouraging to be following this plan for 3 weeks and not see a loss.
Have you noticed any difference in the way your clothes fit? There must be something hiding in your food that is causing you not to loose weight. Have you read the book and are following the Phase 1 foods list carefully? Maybe it would help if you could give us several examples of what you've been eating in a day's time so we could help you discover what's causing your problem, and get it all sorted out for you.
