I bought this bread, the ingredients are: sprouted organic whole wheat berries, filtered water, wheat gluten, organic dates, fresh yeast, sea salt, organic raisins, soy lecithin, cultured wheat.
there are no actual pieces of raisins in it, so i figured they used it for color or something. sugars are 2g per 34g slice. 0 fat, 80 cal, 2g fiber.
So, is it the same as regular bread? better for you? worse? would u count it as a grain serving like you would regular bread?
