should read the book before starting SBD. It's essential. When you read it, Dr. A will explain the effects of caffeine on blood sugar/insulin and will recommend that you stick to no more than 2 caffeinated servings of coffee a day. Most of us here drink coffee (and many love tea!), but we do try to keep our servings down because it does affect your weight loss.
