Default how long will this energy last?

I don't remember being so energetic last time around. Today I worked all morning (5am - noon) then ran errands for about 2 hours, then came home, and after a few hours of down time, took a 2 mile walk with my son. I'm not gonna lie, i had some coffee during that down time, but usually that doesn't even matter. Normally, when I work, if I don't lay down for a nap by 3pm, I'll fall asleep standing up, coffee or not. Maybe its the effects of having just had 3 days off, but I'd like to think that I have a newly found energy fountain! What experience have you all had with this, if any?

Sounds to me like you are now "detoxed"! Enjoy!
Change isnít easy. But if you donít change, you stay the same, and whereís the fun in that?

Barista, I find that it lasts and lasts, especially if you keep up a healthy exercise schedule. Enjoy!
