I don't remember being so energetic last time around. Today I worked all morning (5am - noon) then ran errands for about 2 hours, then came home, and after a few hours of down time, took a 2 mile walk with my son. I'm not gonna lie, i had some coffee during that down time, but usually that doesn't even matter. Normally, when I work, if I don't lay down for a nap by 3pm, I'll fall asleep standing up, coffee or not. Maybe its the effects of having just had 3 days off, but I'd like to think that I have a newly found energy fountain! What experience have you all had with this, if any?
