It depends on how you've been eating. Some get the SB "flu" which can involve lethargy, headaches and general ickiness. It is your body adjusting to no crap. Your menu looks okay, lots of veggies, which is great - beans and dairy really seem to help so try adding another serving of dairy - and I see you've got your beans for dinner, maybe eat them earlier in the day. If it is Ph1-related, hang in there. It only lasts a few days at most, and then you will start to feel great.
