Crystal Light "Live Active" - Can I drink in Phase 1?

    I don't have my book on hand today but I bought a new flavor of Crystal Light and notice the box says "Live Active." I checked the nutrition content and noticed there are 3 g carbs/3 g fiber and 0 g sugar. Can I drink this in Phase 1?

    It's fine for Phase 1. The Live Active means that it is good for your digestive health, as well. Enjoy!
