Default How was your March Weightloss?

How did it go? I wanted to lose five but did manage three which is much better than months with no change.
Change isnít easy. But if you donít change, you stay the same, and whereís the fun in that?

I lost 5! Then I gained 6, then I relost 2 so I ended up 1 lower than I started. I really need to get a handle on this bouncing thing.
Maintaining 57 lb loss since 2008, working off regain to a sensible maintenance level.

I got down to losing like 8 but bounced right back up so nothing!!! I am hoping the scale will be kinder tomorrow!!!!!

I gained 11 pounds the first week of March, before I started South Beach.

I lost 13 since then. Net of two pounds.
Lost 103 pounds, regained 80+, taking it off again.

Can't remember the exact date I started, but March was mostly phase 1 for me, so a dramatic loss of 15 lbs. Woo! Now onto the long-term grind of much, much slower loss...

I suck...lost 1.4lbs but gained muscle so I guess I don't so suck so bad. ha!
