I'm totally in! I typically drink water in big 32 oz tumblers, and just keep one close by all day, so usually it's easy if I'm at home. As for saying something nice, exercising, and staying OP these could be harder!

something nice- Hmm... I agreed with him when my boyfriend said nice things about me... not quite the same.

exercise- No again, still too much back pain
something nice- Yikes, still no. Too busy complaining about my back!
stay OP- Killer cravings in the evening, but I managed
