Water is great - 80 oz + 30 oz herbal tea
Food was 90% good but the cheese at the restaurant was full fat and I wanted it
Exercise - just an hour walk at a mellow pace so far but I'm heading for the treadmill after dinner
Oh yeah - I did something nice for myself - I went to the ocean!
Baby steps, losing the holiday excess first.
