What's for supper? 3/2 - 3/8
I'm going to put on a pot of Split Pea Soup with soy chorizo, and make homemade whole grain bread with flax and lots of seeds to go with it.

I thawed one of our Tofurkey roasts yesterday thinking it would be a good thing to cook on a snow day. I'll make that, acorn squash rings, and mustard greens & beans

As soon as the roads get plowed, I'm going off to stock my pantry. (This is my Day 1). I'm just making a pork tenderloin with grilled peppers and onions. I've already shoveled a path to my grill.

Planning to make a ww pasta dish with tomato sauce, black olives and tuna. (I know there's an Italian name for this but can't remember it!) There'll be green salad as well with lots of veggies and oil and vinegar dressing.
