How many of us ask this question...I made my goal weight and some!!! Got married, gained some back, got a new job...did SBD again..made it through P1 NO PROBLEM...then BAM....holy weight gain! I have gained over 20lbs! So I start on Monday again! Tomorrow, I shop! I gave up bread for lent, but I need to give up bad carbs!!!! Wish me luck!

Have you thought about what things caused you to gain some weight back in the first place? That can help a lot--you can set things up to avoid those problems this time so you won't have to worry about it.
