Wow...only Day 2 and SB Flu already...

Unbelievably, I'm suffering today. I have a fuzzy headache, I'm tired and feeling blah. SB flu. I'm sure it was Day 5 or 6 last time before I felt this bad. But that time I'd been slowly cutting out the starch before I did P1. This is a scarey sign of how much rubbish I've been eating lately, I'm sure..

I'm eating my beans and drinking my milk.
But think I'll be having an early night tonight.


Just my advice to the P1 Newbies.....try to stick it out as best as you can. I've now done P1 three times and the first time was by FAR the easiest.

Thanks Ruth. I'm lucky that I live alone, so no man, kids or critters to care for, and I have no plans at all this weekend so I can just relax and take it easy. I'll be working on Monday though so I do hope I'm ok by then.

It's evening here so I'll go to bed soon and sleep it off! There again I've been drinking so much water that a full night's sleep is unlikely

I know how you feel. I have 2 days left on PH 1 and I have that flu like symptom - headache and typical maliase.

Ok well it's the end of Day 4 for me and...I feel TONS better !
Thanks for the support, it really helped yesterday.

Funny. I looked in the mirror this morning and I look different. Better. My skin seems glowier (is that a word? No, I don't think so..lol). My face definitely looks a little slimmer, less bloated. And my eyes are brighter.
Also today, my energy levels have been stable. No ups and downs. And no cravings today either.

By the end of my first week, I felt better. Less bloated. I could wear my wedding rings again!
