Hi everyone- hope things are going well.

My net was cut off a few months ago and I discovered just how hard it was to keep eating healthily without the support of the SBD forum.

I'm going to start fresh and use my mother's computer here and there to try and keep up and gather more recipes.

Hope everyone is doing awesome. Look forward to chatting with everyone again.

Melanie!! How the heck are you? I've thought about you a few times and looked to see if you were posting elsewhere. Glad to hear it was only (only, as if it wouldn't drive me around the bend!) your internet.

BTW - your peanut butter hummus recipe is famous far and wide in child care programs all around southern VT

I may be last but I'm at least posting. Had fun reading the days posts.
You all sound like you are doing well. Hope to be getting serious tomorrow. I have the menus planned out for the week have legal snacks in the fridge waiting and best of all, my dh has been doing this for the past week and is after me to get going. He's been pretty inspiring not nagging. He's been getting up at 4:00 to exercise before he starts his day. That's a bit too early for me, but I m going to get up at 4:30 in the morning to get 30 minutes in before I go to work at 6:00.
It should be much easier to do this with a loved one shouldn't it?
