Hi everyone! I haven't visited the forums in a while... my brother and I did south beach at the beginning of last year with alot of success, and I have kept my 37 pounds off we slowly slipped back into eating junk and stuff [and how i kept my weight off I'll never know] My brother gained back a few of his, so we decided to go back on the diet, and we started again today.

It's great to be back!!
